With the same U-tube design as our multi effect distillation system, our single effect units in sizes from 50 to 400 gph, eliminate stress on the tubes, minimizing the potential for leakage or contamination of pure steam.

Both standard and custom designs are available to meet your particular needs. Our standard pharmaceutical design includes 316L stainless steel with welded or tri-clamp connectors and 316L diaphragm valves. An Allen Bradley SLC 5/03 with panelview display simplifies monitoring and operation.

All heat exchangers feature double tube sheet designed in accordance with TEMA C and ASME standards.
