Water Technologies offers a full range of feedwater pre-treatment equipment as part of the package with our distillation systems for the Bottled Water Industry as well as Pharmaceutical/Biotech/WFI, and Military/Government applications.

Pretreatment technologies include:

We evaluate the customer's feedwater chemistry to determine the appropriate pre-treatment system and can provide custom piping and vessel materials, instrumentation and controls.

We also offer integration of all PLC and HMI panelview controls for the entire pre-treatment/distillation system, or we can keep them separate, as you prefer.

Post Treatment Equipment
Sometimes bottle water customers want to produce a specific type of water like high purity drinking water. Bottle water customers start with distilled water and add minerals back into the water to generate a specific taste. This specific taste of minerals can be added back to the water with a series of chemical injection systems. Many bottle water companies have found this to be a very attractive way to make a very specific and controlled drinking water. The bottle water companies can locate their plants very close to their customers, make the water they want with distillation technology, and eliminate some of the expensive costs associated with shipping the water to the customers.

Calcium carbonate remineralizers can also be used to add minerals back to the distilled water. This is a filter with calcium carbonate media. The distilled water comes in contact with the calcium carbonate and absorbs what minerals it needs based on its purity.
