Vaponics pure steam generators utilize a unique u-tube evaporator design that allows the heat transfer tubes to expand and contract freely without stress during heating and cooling cycles. This design is extremely reliable with very long tube life. Evaporator tubes are available in titanium and stainless steel. We offer a wide range of pure steam capacity from 100 to 10,000 lbs/hr. When condensed, our pure steam will meet the water quality requirements for WFI based on the correct feedwater quality.

Aqua-Chem has enhanced the Vaponics design by improving feedwater and steam controls via PID loop control through the unit's PLC. Designed for easy operation, the Vaponics pure steam generator features HMI panelviews linked to the PLC. All units operate automatically by starting, stopping and restarting based on pure steam pressure in the outlet pipe.
