We recognize the key to our success is dependent on our suppliers and the collaborative relationships between our companies. However for “us” to succeed we need Suppliers who will diligently abide by and instill these disciplines / maxims in conducting our day-to-day business:

100 % On-Time delivery and 100% defect free product
Continuous quality and process improvements
Establish customer satisfaction as our top priority
Document corrective action and resolve process and/or quality problems in a timely manner
Promptly communicate any impending changes to their organizations, marketplaces, industry standards or other issues, which could affect our relationship
Provide professional, responsive replies to all questions and concerns
Taking ownership and accepting responsibility for the actions of their employees, suppliers, and subcontractors to furnish equipment, products and services that conform to our purchase order requirements
Developing and maintaining a proactive Quality Management Program to control all processes and meet the quality expectations of their customers
Development and maintenance of a formal root cause corrective action process to resolve controllable system and process failures
Commitment by management with clearly stated objectives for continuous quality improvement
A system of accountability for quality that is traceable from top management through every facet of the operation
We must manage our relationship and respective supply chains to deliver the best-in-class- value (quality, cost, delivery and service) to Aqua-Chem’s customers
Embrace change – As the worldwide pace of change accelerates, and our customers change to meet marketplace needs, we embrace these changes and need suppliers who can accommodate rapid change as well
